While grain sorghum production continues to shift, we strive to meet the challenge of supplying superior hybrids through breeding and partnerships with key seed companies. We are committed to developing cutting-edge genetics that will incorporate valuable germplasm from our sister company, Advanta Australia.
Our current research focuses on improving genetics in several critical areas:

We develop hybrids and track their agronomic characteristics for success in the fields. Beyond the mid-bloom date, maturity, and grain color, we develop the technical reports for plant height, head type, standability, stress tolerance, seedling vigor, greenbug tolerance by biotype, head smut by race, and disease resistance for downy mildew, MDMV and charcoal rot. Our hybrids come loaded with features, benefits and advantages of agronomic support from sorghum experts.
